Are you ready to take your diving skills to the next level? In our Stress & Rescue course, you'll learn essential self-rescue and buddy rescue skills while diving. This course is a valuable addition to your dive training and essential for responsible divers. Diving isn't just about learning techniques; it's also about being aware of the challenges that can arise. What happens if a dive buddy gets stressed or panics underwater? Or if a diver on the surface is too exhausted to swim back to the boat? There are numerous minor stressful situations that can be managed with immediate and correct action before the stress escalates into panic. But this requires practice and rehearsal. Our training prepares you for such unforeseen situations. With the DIVER STRESS & RESCUE program, we focus, for the first time, entirely on your dive buddy and the prevention, recognition, and resolution of problems, both above and below the water.
